Turquoise Rouse is a lifelong resident of Williamsburg County, from the Trio Community. She graduated from C. E. Murray High School in 2003 and earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Morris College. Additionally, she holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Walden University. Rouse is an active member of the Kingstree-Lake City Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Currently, she serves as a Program Manager, focusing on improving parent-child interactions, health, and wellness and preventing abuse and neglect within families. Turquoise is also the Co-Owner of Ruby's Daycare and the Owner of TR Development Group, a company specializing in consulting, coaching, and coordinating services.

Turquoise is a dedicated member of the Great Present A.M.E Church and actively contributes to various committees. She is always eager to provide assistance wherever it is needed.

Turquoise understands that no single individual possesses all the answers to the problems and challenges we face. She believes that, as a community, we must collaborate to address the issues currently affecting Williamsburg County and work towards a brighter future. Turquoise is confident that together, meaningful change can be achieved for District 3. She promises to continue listening to your concerns and advocating for the citizens of District 3, as we together become the voice for change.
